floorIllusion
Visiting an older office in Zürich, I noticed a wooden floor with an interesting tiling: it looked somehow assymmetric besides being based on square, identical, tiles.
The assymetry arised purely from the pattern on the tiles.
The pattern shown here tries to play with this pattern, allowing to
- shift the assymmetric parts between symmetric and assymmetric positions (move the mouse pointer left-right)
- change the color of the assymmetric bars between black and withe (move the mouse pointer up-down).
Playing with these parameters moves the overall pattern betweeen a regular and an assymmetric impression.
